The program is easy: just buy your bulbs from us. Then, when you need a repair, give us a call and we'll send you a quick and easy form to fill out and ship with the projector(s). Send your projector(s) to us and we'll service the equipment at our facility.
You'll have your working device back within 7-10 business days, and we even offer a FREE recycling program. We'll send you a recycling box and a UPS label, and when it's full, ship the box back to us - it's that simple!

*Certain restrictions apply. IPS will not repair projectors with failures associated with DLP DMD chip and related sub assemblies. IPS will not repair projectors with failures associated with LCD chips or LCD polarizing films and related sub assemblies. These issue are usually caused by the power supply or cooling fans, and IPS (and other vendors) cannot repair these devices because those components are not available from the manufacturer. **To qualify for free service, projectors must be six years old or newer and fall within certain model categories.
